Introduction
Mr. Kuang received his Bachelor degree and Master degree in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Dalian University of Technology resp. in 2000 and 2007. After graduation, he had engaged in mechanical design job for about one year, and then began his IP career in Shanghai for about two years. At the end of 2010, he joined in Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners.
Mr. Kuang is adept at patent drafting, patent prosecution, translation reexamination and invalidation, especially in mechanical engineering. Throughout Mr. Kuang’s career, he has successfully handled hundreds of patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, and has extensive experience in both technology and law practice.
