Introduction
Mr. Li received his Bachelor degree in the Electromechanical Institute of Lanzhou University of Technology in 2007, after graduation, he had engaged in mechanical design job for about one year. Then, he received his JM in Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2011. At the beginning of 2011, he joined in Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners.
Mr. Li is adept at patent drafting, patent prosecution, translation reexamination and invalidation, especially in mechanical engineering. Throughout Mr. Li’s career, he has successfully handled hundreds of patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, and has extensive experience in both technology and law practice.
