Mr Liu Guoping, President of Runping & Partners (R&P) is successfully elected as 2013 outstanding patent attorney in Beijing by virtue of his professional and honest service as well as excellent performance in the field of Intellectual Property field, the result is announced recently in a contest of “2013 excellent agencies and outstanding attorneys in Beijing” organized by Beijing Patent Attorneys Association. According to relevant selection method, 10 excellent agencies and 10 outstanding attorneys in Beijing are selected and reviewed by experts annually.
The contest of “2013 excellent agencies and outstanding attorneys in Beijing” is implemented under the guidance of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, the event is aimed at implementing the “guidance of promoting development of capital IPR service industry”, promoting the healthy and rapid development of capital patent agencies and improving integrity and social credibility of the industry, encouraging patent agencies to become bigger and stronger, and stimulating the patent agent practitioners to improve professional ethics and occupational skills.
