Introduction
Ms. Li received her Bachelor degree from China University of Mining and Technology（Beijing） in 2004, and received her Master degree from China University of Mining and Technology（Beijing） in 2007. After graduation, Ms. Li joined Hongda Research Institute CO.,LTD, and joined Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners in 2012.
Ms. Li is adept at patent drafting, response of OA of many technical fields, including automatic control, electrical and electronic engineering. Throughout Ms. Li’s career, she has successfully handled many patent applications, and has certain experience in both technology and law practice.
