Introduction
Mr. Liu received his Bachelor degree in Life Sciences and biotechnology from Wuhan University in 2001. After graduation, he worked at State Key Laboratory Of Elemento-Organic Chemistry. He received his Master degree of Chemical biology from Tianjin Normal University in 2007. Then he worked at Sanyu Chemical Co., LTD and began his IP career in Patent Dept. of Runping & Partners in 2010.
Mr. Liu is adept at patent prosecution, drafting and reexamination of many technical fields, including organic synthesis, catalytic chemistry, petrochemical industry, coal chemical processing, metallurgical physical chemistry, electro analytical chemistry, medicinal chemistry and pesticide chemistry. Throughout Mr. Liu’s career, he has successfully handled hundreds of patent applications for foreign and domestic clients, and has extensive experience in both technology and law practice.
